Our refund and returns policy last 12 Hours. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement unless the account received is not as described, not working, or not delivered.
In which case we will refund/replace/reboost the order accordingly. - If matches are played in-game on the ordered account the buyer is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- We can not be held accountable if an account gets a game/account/platform ban after the purchase.
- We are not responsible for any account sold by the end-user to any other person.
Refunds
Once your returned account is inspected by our team we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- The refund for the following payment methods can only be made to our store wallet or in form of gift cards:-
Bitcoin, Etherium, USDT, Ripple, USDC, Litecoin, or any other cryptocurrency.
Wire Transfer.
Bank Transfer.
PaySafe Cards & Gift Card Payments.
ATM/Cash Payments.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows up.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
